2. What data we process and why

When you write to us through the contact form we process your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, solely to answer your enquiry or quote request. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or social media, we process the data you provide for the same purpose. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions.

3. Legal basis

Your consent (art. 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form, and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you ask for a quote.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, afterwards, duly blocked for the legal limitation periods for possible liabilities. If no business relationship follows, we will delete it when it is no longer needed.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law. To receive the form messages we use the Web3Forms service, which acts as a data processor. If the provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. We also use the web hosting and email services needed to provide the service.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@hondostudio.com stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not install first-party or third-party cookies that require consent, and the typefaces are served from our own server. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn or WhatsApp lead to third-party sites, which have their own privacy policies. If analytics or advertising tools are added in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your prior consent.
