This project began many years ago, when I was a teenager. One morning I saw on TV a guy who makes an electric guitar with a broom, an old speaker, a battery and a bare wire. Of course, I could not believe that electric guitars worked that way, so I began to study and research, until I was so excited that I decided to design and make my own electric guitar. Surely you’ll wonder how I could do it. Well, with great patience and few tools my father had at home.
Take advantage of errors: When I designed my guitar, there had no decoration at all. As quality guitar makers do, I wanted the wood to be beautifully clear. The problem appeared when, as a rookie handyman, I made several mistakes, leaving the surface pretty shitty. To cover the affected area, I had to improvise something. The solution was as simple as looking for a decorative motif to cover failures.
